As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on various machines and installations. You ensure that production processes run smoothly and take action whenever technical issues arise.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, CNC machines and logistical installations;
Analysing and resolving mechanical, electrical and control system malfunctions;
Inspecting, maintaining and repairing machines and installations;
Identifying recurring technical issues and suggesting improvements;
Recording completed maintenance activities;
Working closely with operators and colleagues to ensure the reliability and availability of technical installations;
Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring installations are safely released after maintenance.

In addition to a challenging technical position, you can expect attractive employment conditions:

A gross monthly salary between €3,791 and €4,483, depending on your knowledge and experience;
15% shift allowance on top of your basic salary.
Working in a 2-shift system;
Working hours: 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00;

You are an independent and solution-oriented technician who enjoys getting hands-on. You work accurately, think in solutions and understand the importance of keeping machines and installations safe and reliable.

In addition, you have:

MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level in a technical field;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment;
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems;
Experience with maintenance management systems;
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for quality and safety;
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

You will be working for a company based in Tilburg, operating in an industrial production environment. Within the Operations department, you and your technical colleagues are responsible for the maintenance and reliability of machines, installations and facilities. You will work closely with operators and team leaders to ensure that production runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
