What are you going to do?
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire process related to the employment of temporary workers and ensuring that all related activities run smoothly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and selecting temporary workers to efficiently meet our clients' needs;
- Maintaining daily contact with international partners and recruitment agencies;
- Publishing job vacancies on social media platforms ;
- Onboarding new employees and supporting them during their first days at work;
- Managing the planning system and keeping all information up to date;
- Ensuring accurate personnel administration and proper document management;
- Maintaining contact with employees and supporting them with daily challenges.

This represents you!
- Good command of the English language (minimum B2 level);
- Dutch language skills are a plus;
- Valid Category B driving licence;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Flexible, stress-resistant and able to adapt quickly;
- Experience in recruitment, workforce planning or the staffing industry is a plus.
