Assembly Employee
What will you do?
As a assembly employee, you will assemble medical products while wearing protective clothing (cleanroom suit). The quality of the products and working with precision are top priorities. This work is performed in a cleanroom, ensuring that your work environment will be clean. You will be part of a rapidly growing team, and together you will make a difference in the care for others!
Your future employer offers excellent working conditions. Before you start, you will undergo a comprehensive 9-day onboarding process. During this period, you will also learn how to properly wear the cleanroom suit. Additionally, there is a pleasant cafeteria, and creating a positive working environment for employees is a top priority.
BONUS! After 3 months of employment, you will receive a €500 sign-on bonus. After 6 months of employment, you will receive an additional €500 sign-on bonus.
You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, with alternating shifts in week 1 (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and week 2 (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
This is what you get in return!
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 24 hours) employment with fixed hours;
- Gross hourly wage of €14;
- 20% evening surcharge between 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (= €16.80 gross per hour!);
- 200% pay on public holidays;
- Clothing allowance of €3.35 per day for wearing a cleanroom suit;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- 27 vacation days;
- €500 bonus (!) after 3 months and another €500 bonus (!) after 6 months;

- Having your own transportation is convenient due to the working hours;
