Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Registration
Click the red "Apply" button and fill in all the required fields. Before you can begin, we need some additional personal details from you. It’s your responsibility to provide these accurately and completely. Without this step, you can’t proceed in the process.
Step 2: Create an account
After registering, you’ll be directed to a thank-you page. Wait a moment, you’ll be automatically redirected to your personal account. You’ll also receive your login details by email.
Step 3: Fill in "Personalia"
In your account, you’ll find a menu on the left (if you’re using a computer). Using your phone? Tap the three lines in the top-left corner.
Click on “Personal Information” and carefully fill in all required fields. This information is crucial for our payroll administration. You also need to upload the following mandatory documents:

Front and back of your ID

Front and back of your bank card
Tip: Don’t forget to click “Save”, otherwise your work will be lost.
Step 4: Contract and tax exemption
You’re now registered! With your information, we’ll prepare your employment contract and payroll tax form.
By default, the payroll tax credit is activated. Want to have it turned off? Let us know via WhatsApp or send an email to hospitality@synergiejobs.nl.
Important: Don’t forget to include your name, otherwise we won’t know who you are!
Step 5: Plan4Flex app
Your contract and payslips will be managed in our secure app: Plan4Flex. In this app, you can view, sign, and download your documents. We’ll activate the app for you on your first working day.
So don’t worry—you don’t need to do anything yet.
