Reachtruck driver
What are you going to do?
For our client in Rotterdam (Botlek), we are looking for a reachtruck driver with experience. They work with high-tech products, such as laptops, and have a department for charging stations. Your main tasks will involve storing and retrieving pallets with laptops. Loading and unloading (cross-docking) may also be required using a forklift or EPT. In addition to working with the reach truck, you will also perform manual tasks. Given the nature of the products, it is important to handle them with care, and safety is also a top priority.
This is a full-time position in a day shift from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Sometimes they work on Saturdays, and they may ask if you'd be available to work then. Due to the manager’s vacation, it won’t be possible to have an interview or start before March 17.
This is what you get!
Salary of €14.85 per hour (if you have a certificate) and travel expenses of €0.23 per kilometer.
This represents you!
- You have experience with the reach truck and a certificate;
- You speak English (the working language within the organization);
- You have computer skills;
- Being able to and allowed to operate the forklift is a plus;
- You are reliable and accurate.
