Technical Equipment Supervisor

• Act as the main point of contact for all aspects related to the CBT and other cable burial equipment.
• Work closely with offshore teams including field engineers, shift supervisors, operators, survey staff, and engineering departments.
• Understand and review the project scope and related documentation for cable burial operations.
• Supervise and assist with mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
• Ensure safety is prioritized, promoting a safety-first culture on board.
• Conduct risk assessments for safety-critical activities.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the trencher crew, equipment, and operations.
• Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Report to the offshore installation manager and chief engineer.

• A unique 5 weeks offshore, 5 weeks at home rotation schedule, ensuring a great work-life balance. During the 5 weeks you are home, you are exempt from work.
• A salary between €5000,- and €6500,- bruto a month.

• You are seeking a long-term position with a rotation schedule.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical or offshore role.
• You have a background in hydraulics, mechanical or electrical engineering, and/or electronics.
• You are practical, organized, and enjoy working as part of a larger team.
• You thrive under pressure and can adapt to changing conditions.
• You are comfortable with a 5 weeks offshore, 5 weeks at home rotation cycle.
